Naval Engineer (Master’s) from USP and Economist from PUC-SP, Brazil. Former partner at VERAX, co-founder of Terrafirma, and founder of Garín Partners. With 18 years in Infrastructure, specializes in project structuring, implementation, transactions, and fundraising.

Eduardo Jeronymo

Naval Engineer from USP with an MBA from ESALQ-USP, Brazil. Worked at VERAX and Terrafirma consultancies, served as FP&A Executive at the Port Authority of Santos, and co-founded Garín Partners. Has 12 years of experience in Infrastructure, specializing in financial evaluation and business structuring.

Alais Nascimento

Economist from UnB and Master in Economics from the Catholic University of Brasília, Brazil. Worked at the Ministry of Mines and Energy and Modal Consult. With 10 years of experience, she specializes in project structuring for energy, social infrastructure, urban services, and mobility.

Tahiana Gurgel

Foreign Trade professional from UFPE and International Relations graduate from Faculdade Integrada do Recife, Brazil. Worked at Gerdau and as an executive at the Port of Suape. Has 15 years of experience in logistics, specializing in transport and commercial development.

Aline Huber

Civil Engineer from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul, Brazil. Coordinated the development of Master Plans for several ports through LabTrans/UFSC and has 10 years of experience in consultancy with a focus on Transport Infrastructure.

Amanda Rodrigues

Economist with a Master’s degree in Infrastructure from UFSC, Brazil. She has worked as a lead in transport planning across various sectors in Brazil, including road and port systems, with over 12 years of experience in Transport Infrastructure. Specialist in market and strategic studies in the port sector.
